However, if you need to return an item, our 7-day return policy allows for eligible returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Within this period, you may return eligible items based on the following conditions:

Manufacturing Defect:
If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may request a return for a refund.- Note: This policy excludes the flowers used in our designs, as each flower is unique and may vary naturally in appearance.

Exclusions: When Returns Are Not Applicable
Returns and refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:
- Color and Design Variations: Handmade resin products may have slight variations in color, pattern, and design due to the nature of the materials used. These variations are not considered defects.
- Change of Mind: Returns for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preferences, or misinterpretation of the product images are not eligible.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Size and Fit: Our products are crafted with precise measurements provided in the product descriptions. Please ensure you review all size details before purchase, as returns for size or fit issues are not eligible.
- Damages Due to Mishandling: Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer will not qualify for a return or refund.
Return Process

- We will arrange for return shipment. You must hand over the parcel to the pickup executive.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product.

- Upon receiving the returned item, we will verify its condition.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow time for bank processing.
